Why Diploma in Corporate Governance

Issues of ethics, transparency, and accountability have continued to be a challenge to the effective
management of institutions of all types all over the globe leading to the collapse of several institutions. It
does not matter the type and nature of the institution. Whether it is in in the public or private sector; not-for-
profit or religious. There is strong evidence that the critically missing link in all types of institutions is lack
of the implementation of corporate governance best practices, ethical and effective leadership. Diploma in
Corporate Governance will play a significant role in the development of the critical and competent
corporate governance human resources for faster industrial growth.
