Dr. Stanely Ontiri - PHD
Dr. Stanley Motieri Ontiri is a PhD candidate in the Department of Public Policy and Administration at Kenyatta University in Kenya. His research focuses on public policy and management, specifically examining the influence of indirect individual-based participation on service delivery, as evidenced by his work on the Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company. He has co-authored academic papers on topics such as the origins of policy, theories of the policy cycle, and qualitative-interpretive methods in policy research.
